| CVE-2026-63378 | 1 Fctr-id | 1 Okta-ai-agent | 2026-11-03 | 8.8 High |
| TAKO AI Agent for Okta is a local-first AI agent that helps Okta administrators query tenant data using natural language. Prior to 3.0.1-beta, any authenticated user with a valid `fctr_session` cookie can submit arbitrary Python source in the `script_code` field of `POST /api/react/execute-script`, without administrator privilege. In `src/api/routers/react_stream.py`, the source is stored with `skip_discovery=True`, bypassing AI-based content filtering, and is passed to `validate_generated_code` in `src/utils/security_config.py`. `BLOCKED_PATTERNS` recognizes direct `__import__` calls but misses the import name passed as a string, `getattr` is in `ALLOWED_BUILTINS`, and the AST checker handles `ast.Name` and `ast.Attribute` targets but fails to handle `ast.Call` targets. Dynamic `getattr` call chains through `__builtins__` therefore evade validation. The `_write_temp_script` helper writes the accepted code to disk, and `asyncio.create_subprocess_exec()` executes it as the application process user, which is root in the default container. Command output is returned as Server-Sent Events through `GET /api/react/stream-react-updates?process_id=<id>`. The resulting container compromise can disclose environment secrets including Okta API tokens and the JWT key, expose the SQLite database, and permit backend-service pivoting and persistence. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.1-beta. | ||||
| CVE-2026-120338 | 1 Prefecthq | 1 Prefab-ui | 2026-11-03 | 9.9 Critical |
| Prefab UI's Generative UI sandbox runs caller-supplied Python inside Pyodide, Python compiled to WebAssembly, in a Deno subprocess. The feature is documented as isolation for untrusted code, including LLM-written UI. From prefab-ui 0.14.0 through 0.20.2 the launcher starts Deno with unrestricted --allow-read, --allow-write, and --allow-net, and the runner leaves the Deno API on the JavaScript global object. Pyodide's js module proxies that global, so the Python can call Deno.readTextFileSync and Deno.writeTextFileSync. A caller who can supply the code can read and write files as the server OS user, and can persist code execution by writing a .pth file into the server virtualenv's site-packages. The usual remote path is FastMCP's GenerativeUI provider, which registers the MCP tool generate_prefab_ui and forwards that tool's code argument into this sandbox. On a FastMCP server with no authentication configured, any client who can reach the server can call the tool. With authentication, any client allowed to call tools can. Generative UI is opt-in, and the host must have Deno installed. Confirmed on prefab-ui 0.20.2. Fixed in 0.21.0: after the runtime and Prefab sources load, the runner revokes Deno read, write, and network permission before it accepts code, the process is started with --no-prompt so a permission request cannot grant them again, and bootstrap network access is limited to cdn.jsdelivr.net. The fix is commit 030f074 (pull request 538). | ||||

| SQLite before 3.54.0 contains an information disclosure vulnerability that allows attackers to read uninitialized page-cache memory by supplying a WAL file with an undersized page size. Attackers can craft a database and WAL file whose oversized record payload makes queries like substr() return stale bytes, disclosing other table rows and internal pointers. | ||||
| CVE-2026-41242 | 2 Protobuf, Protobufjs Project | 2 Protobuf, Protobufjs | 2026-11-03 | 9.8 Critical |
| protobufjs compiles protobuf definitions into JavaScript (JS) functions. In versions prior to 8.0.1, 7.5.5, and 6.11.6, attackers can inject arbitrary code in the "type" fields of protobuf definitions, which will then execute during object decoding using that definition. Versions 8.0.1, 7.5.5, and 6.11.6 patch the issue. | ||||

| Label Studio before 1.23.2 (label-studio-sdk before 2.1.2) contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows authenticated users to read internal URLs through image-bearing export formats. Attackers can import tasks with data.image pointing at internal services, export as YOLO or COCO with images to read responses, and spoof Host to capture the organization owner's API token. | ||||
| CVE-2026-121431 | 1 Azuracast | 1 Azuracast | 2026-11-03 | 5.3 Medium |
| AzuraCast before 0.24.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows station users with WebHooks permission to bypass the UserUrlFilter guard via the Mastodon, Telegram, GroupMe, and RadioReg connectors. Attackers can set instance_url, api, or webhookurl to internal addresses and trigger the webhook test endpoint to reach loopback, private-network, or cloud-metadata services. | ||||
| CVE-2026-121422 | 1 Surrealdb | 1 Surrealdb | 2026-11-03 | 4.1 Medium |
| SurrealDB from 3.1.0 before 3.3.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows database Owners to bypass port-specific deny-net rules by using JWKS URLs with implicit default ports. Attackers can configure a JWT or record access method whose JWKS URL omits port 80 or 443, causing blind GET requests to explicitly denied internal services. | ||||
| CVE-2026-61564 | 1 Wwbn | 1 Avideo-encoder | 2026-11-03 | 10 Critical |
| AVideo is a video-sharing Platform. Prior to 8.1.0, the unauthenticated installer endpoint `install/checkConfiguration.php` assembles `videos/configuration.php` by interpolating request parameters, including `webSiteRootURL`, into single-quoted PHP string literals without escaping. An attacker can terminate a literal and inject PHP that executes as the web-server user when the generated, directly requestable file is loaded. Exploitation requires `videos/configuration.php` to be absent, as on every fresh deployment or after the file is removed or moved; an existing file blocks this endpoint. The supplied `systemRootPath` must contain index.php and a connection using `databaseHost`, `databaseUser`, and `databasePass` must succeed, but the attacker can point those parameters to their own database server and needs no target credentials. The write location is also derived from `systemRootPath` without a base-directory constraint. This permits arbitrary command execution, reading and overwriting files owned by the web-server user, persistent PHP code, and control over stored database connection settings. The endpoint additionally interpolates request values into streamer and configuration INSERT statements, creating a secondary SQL-injection sink. This issue is fixed in version 8.1.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-54453 | 1 Opencats | 1 Opencats | 2026-11-03 | 7.2 High |
| OpenCATS is an open-source applicant tracking system and recruitment CRM for staffing agencies and hiring teams. Prior to version 0.10.0, the Professional License configuration feature in `SettingsUI` (`manageProfessional`) accepts administrator-controlled license key input that is reconstructed into a PHP `define()` statement in `config.php` without safe escaping. Because the application includes `config.php`, crafted input can alter the file's PHP syntax and cause persistent arbitrary PHP execution with the web server process privileges. An authenticated administrator must have Settings module access and permission to update Professional License configuration, and `config.php` must be writable for this write-based path. Successful exploitation can read, modify or delete application data, expose candidate, contact, company, job order and user account information, alter the installation or configuration, and provide a foothold for further attacks. Unauthenticated exploitation and exploitation without Settings access are not established. This issue is fixed in version 0.10.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118677 | 1 N8n | 1 N8n | 2026-11-03 | 5.9 Medium |
| n8n before 2.41.4 and 2.42.x before 2.42.1 contains a missing confirmation vulnerability in the Local Gateway desktop app that allows its deep-link connect handler to silently re-pair the app with a different n8n instance. Attackers can lure users running the Local Gateway into opening a crafted n8n-computer-use:// link to connect their computer to an attacker-controlled instance, inheriting previously granted permissions and acting on the computer through the gateway. | ||||
| CVE-2026-118586 | 1 Dfm | 1 Feedfinder2 | 2026-11-03 | 5.3 Medium |
| A security flaw has been discovered in dfm feedfinder2 up to 0.0.4. This issue affects the function find_feeds of the file feedfinder2.py. Performing a manipulation results in server-side request forgery. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. | ||||
| CVE-2026-73695 | 1 Control-webpanel | 1 Webpanel | 2026-11-03 | 8.8 High |
| Control Web Panel (CWP) before webpanel_version 1.16 contains a path traversal vulnerability in services/users/index.php that allows attackers to include arbitrary local PHP files by supplying an unsanitized module name parameter concatenated directly into an include path. Attackers can inject directory traversal sequences into the module name to achieve local file inclusion and execute arbitrary PHP code in the user panel context. | ||||
| CVE-2026-58256 | 1 Jeromedevome | 1 Grr | 2026-11-03 | 9.1 Critical |
| GRR is a resource management and reservation application. Prior to the advisory-reported fixed version 4.5.0, an administrator can inject malicious PHP through LDAP connector configuration parameters such as `ldap_filter`, poisoning `/personnalisation/config_ldap.inc.php` and permitting remote code execution. The administrator must first successfully connect to an LDAP server, which can be attacker-controlled, and then submit malicious input on the subsequent connector settings page. The advisory reports this issue as fixed in version 4.5.0. | ||||
