CVE-2009-2695 2 Linux, Redhat 4 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Mrg and 1 more 2026-04-23 N/A
The Linux kernel before 2.6.31-rc7 does not properly prevent mmap operations that target page zero and other low memory addresses, which allows local users to gain privileges by exploiting NULL pointer dereference vulnerabilities, related to (1) the default configuration of the allow_unconfined_mmap_low boolean in SELinux on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5, (2) an error that causes allow_unconfined_mmap_low to be ignored in the unconfined_t domain, (3) lack of a requirement for the CAP_SYS_RAWIO capability for these mmap operations, and (4) interaction between the mmap_min_addr protection mechanism and certain application programs.
CVE-2009-1046 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Mrg 2026-04-23 N/A
The console selection feature in the Linux kernel 2.6.28 before 2.6.28.4, 2.6.25, and possibly earlier versions, when the UTF-8 console is used, allows physically proximate attackers to cause a denial of service (memory corruption) by selecting a small number of 3-byte UTF-8 characters, which triggers an "off-by-two memory error." NOTE: it is not clear whether this issue crosses privilege boundaries.
CVE-2007-6282 1 Redhat 3 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Desktop, Enterprise Mrg 2026-04-23 N/A

CVE-2008-5700 2 Linux, Redhat 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Mrg 2026-04-23 N/A
libata in the Linux kernel before 2.6.27.9 does not set minimum timeouts for SG_IO requests, which allows local users to cause a denial of service (Programmed I/O mode on drives) via multiple simultaneous invocations of an unspecified test program.
CVE-2008-5134 2 Linux, Redhat 2 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Mrg 2026-04-23 N/A
Buffer overflow in the lbs_process_bss function in drivers/net/wireless/libertas/scan.c in the libertas subsystem in the Linux kernel before 2.6.27.5 allows remote attackers to have an unknown impact via an "invalid beacon/probe response."
CVE-2008-4576 2 Linux, Redhat 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Mrg 2026-04-23 N/A
sctp in Linux kernel before 2.6.25.18 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (OOPS) via an INIT-ACK that states the peer does not support AUTH, which causes the sctp_process_init function to clean up active transports and triggers the OOPS when the T1-Init timer expires.
CVE-2009-3889 2 Linux, Redhat 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Mrg 2026-04-23 N/A
The dbg_lvl file for the megaraid_sas driver in the Linux kernel before 2.6.27 has world-writable permissions, which allows local users to change the (1) behavior and (2) logging level of the driver by modifying this file.
CVE-2009-4133 2 Condor Project, Redhat 2 Condor, Enterprise Mrg 2026-04-23 N/A
Condor 6.5.4 through 7.2.4, 7.3.x, and 7.4.0, as used in MRG, Grid for MRG, and Grid Execute Node for MRG, allows remote authenticated users to queue jobs as an arbitrary user, and thereby gain privileges, by using a Condor command-line tool to modify an unspecified job attribute.
CVE-2009-4538 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 5 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 2 more 2026-04-23 N/A
drivers/net/e1000e/netdev.c in the e1000e driver in the Linux kernel 2.6.32.3 and earlier does not properly check the size of an Ethernet frame that exceeds the MTU, which allows remote attackers to have an unspecified impact via crafted packets, a related issue to CVE-2009-4537.
CVE-2009-4021 2 Linux, Redhat 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Mrg 2026-04-23 N/A
The fuse_direct_io function in fs/fuse/file.c in the fuse subsystem in the Linux kernel before 2.6.32-rc7 might allow attackers to cause a denial of service (invalid pointer dereference and OOPS) via vectors possibly related to a memory-consumption attack.
CVE-2007-6712 2 Kernel, Redhat 3 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Mrg 2026-04-23 N/A
Integer overflow in the hrtimer_forward function (hrtimer.c) in Linux kernel 2.6.21-rc4, when running on 64-bit systems, allows local users to cause a denial of service (infinite loop) via a timer with a large expiry value, which causes the timer to always be expired.
CVE-2009-0065 2 Linux, Redhat 4 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Mrg and 1 more 2026-04-23 N/A
Buffer overflow in net/sctp/sm_statefuns.c in the Stream Control Transmission Protocol (sctp) implementation in the Linux kernel before 2.6.28-git8 allows remote attackers to have an unknown impact via an FWD-TSN (aka FORWARD-TSN) chunk with a large stream ID.
CVE-2009-0269 5 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 2 more 6 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 3 more 2026-04-23 N/A
fs/ecryptfs/inode.c in the eCryptfs subsystem in the Linux kernel before 2.6.28.1 allows local users to cause a denial of service (fault or memory corruption), or possibly have unspecified other impact, via a readlink call that results in an error, leading to use of a -1 return value as an array index.
CVE-2008-2826 5 Canonical, Debian, Linux and 2 more 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Linux Kernel and 2 more 2026-04-23 N/A
Integer overflow in the sctp_getsockopt_local_addrs_old function in net/sctp/socket.c in the Stream Control Transmission Protocol (sctp) functionality in the Linux kernel before 2.6.25.9 allows local users to cause a denial of service (resource consumption and system outage) via vectors involving a large addr_num field in an sctp_getaddrs_old data structure.

CVE-2019-1125 2 Microsoft, Redhat 31 Windows 10, Windows 10 1507, Windows 10 1607 and 28 more 2026-02-20 5.6 Medium
An information disclosure vulnerability exists when certain central processing units (CPU) speculatively access memory. An attacker who successfully exploited the vulnerability could read privileged data across trust boundaries. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker would have to log on to an affected system and run a specially crafted application. The vulnerability would not allow an attacker to elevate user rights directly, but it could be used to obtain information that could be used to try to compromise the affected system further. On January 3, 2018, Microsoft released an advisory and security updates related to a newly-discovered class of hardware vulnerabilities (known as Spectre) involving speculative execution side channels that affect AMD, ARM, and Intel CPUs to varying degrees. This vulnerability, released on August 6, 2019, is a variant of the Spectre Variant 1 speculative execution side channel vulnerability and has been assigned CVE-2019-1125. Microsoft released a security update on July 9, 2019 that addresses the vulnerability through a software change that mitigates how the CPU speculatively accesses memory. Note that this vulnerability does not require a microcode update from your device OEM.
